Field & Virtual Auto Claims Adjuster
Job Description: • Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims • Utilized as a peer mentor having mastered processes and obtained technical expertise • Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types • Assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training • Negotiates settlements and makes settlement payments • Documents all activities in the most complex of files • Builds mastered relationships with customers • Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals to create estimates of damages. Requirements: • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Background in Auto estimate writing in the field • Mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company • Ability to negotiate settlements and document activities in complex files • Interpret regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Build relationships with both internal and external customers • Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals for creating estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities.
