Provides scheduled inspection, cleaning and other services and performs minor product repairs within an assigned territory. Inspects products for correct operation and resolves noted issues and / or escalates according to established procedure. Schedules services, completes all required paperwork and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality. Aperçu du poste À titre de technicien de service de premiĂšre ligne affectĂ© aux guichets automatiques bancaires, vous offrirez des services de maintenance sur les guichets automatiques bancaires (GAB), l’équipement de point de vente au dĂ©tail ainsi que les ordinateurs et pĂ©riphĂ©riques connexes. Vous effectuerez Ă©galement des tĂąches planifiĂ©es de nettoyage et d’entretien de base sur les serrures Kaba Mas/Mas-Hamilton. Vous serez par ailleurs appelĂ© Ă  travailler Ă  des projets spĂ©ciaux, au besoin, et Ă  effectuer des installations de base et des rĂ©parations mineures Ă  l’égard de tous les produits et services de Diebold. Ce poste peut exiger l’utilisation d’outils manuels de base et de certaines piĂšces ainsi que des notions gĂ©nĂ©rales en matiĂšre d’informatique, de pĂ©riphĂ©riques et de connectivitĂ© rĂ©seau. Les niveaux de compĂ©tence seront Ă©valuĂ©s dans le cadre d’une formation assistĂ©e par ordinateur (FAO), d’une formation technique structurĂ©e et de vĂ©rifications sur le terrain. ResponsabilitĂ©s DĂ©terminer les prioritĂ©s et planifier les appels de service. Communiquer avec le client pour lui annoncer l’heure d’arrivĂ©e prĂ©vue. Soumettre les problĂšmes aux Ă©chelons supĂ©rieurs et confier les interventions Ă  quelqu’un d’autre au besoin. Consigner fidĂšlement les donnĂ©es liĂ©es aux services. Se montrer professionnel envers les clients pour favoriser des relations positives. Effectuer des tĂąches mineures de maintenance sur les GAB (p. ex. remplacement des ampoules, des courroies des lecteurs de cartes, des filtres Ă  air, etc.). Effectuer des tĂąches d’installation de base (p. ex. de cĂąbles, de dispositifs et de serrures Mas-Hamilton). Effectuer des rĂ©parations techniques, comme dans les cas de papier, de carte ou de facture coincĂ©s. Suivre les processus en matiĂšre de contrĂŽle des clĂ©s, des alarmes et des combinaisons dans les domaines de responsabilitĂ© dĂ©signĂ©s. Assister les techniciens du service dans les inspections de maintenance prĂ©ventive sur les produits conventionnels. Qualifications DĂ©tenir un diplĂŽme d’études secondaires. PossĂ©der d’un Ă  deux ans d’expĂ©rience en service technique. Être titulaire d’un permis de conduire valide. DĂ©tenir de bonnes connaissances et compĂ©tences en informatique. PossĂ©der de solides compĂ©tences (niveau avancĂ©) en dĂ©pannage et en Ă©tablissement de diagnostics PossĂ©der de solides compĂ©tences (niveau avancĂ©) en matiĂšre de dĂ©termination des prioritĂ©s et de suivi. Travailler avec un sentiment d’urgence, avoir le sens de l’organisation, faire preuve de professionnalisme et travailler efficacement en Ă©quipe. PossĂ©der d’excellentes aptitudes pour le service Ă  la clientĂšle, la communication et les relations interpersonnelles. Accepter d’ĂȘtre exposĂ© aux intempĂ©ries. Être en mesure de s’adapter Ă  diffĂ©rents quarts de travail au besoin, ce qui pourrait inclure une rotation des tĂąches sur appel les soirs et les fins de semaine. Être capable d’organiser les piĂšces et les outils dans le camion et d’en dresser l’inventaire. Être capable de conduire le vĂ©hicule de l’entreprise. RĂ©ussir les tests et vĂ©rifications en matiĂšre de dossier de conducteur, d’antĂ©cĂ©dents et de dĂ©pistage de drogues. Être capable de soulever de l’équipement lourd (de plus de 9 kg ou 20 lb) et de se pencher, de se baisser, de travailler debout et de bouger les mains et les doigts frĂ©quemment. Doit parler couramment le français Doit pouvoir voyager aux États-Unis pour suivre une formation Qualifications souhaitables Formation technique ou spĂ©cialisĂ©e, un atout. Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures. With guidance and / or in conjunction with more experienced technicians performs any or all of the following: Incident Handling: Utilizes diagnostic tools to perform troubleshooting via detailed analysis of hardware and software failures. Performs hardware repairs on a component level. Cleans and adjusts mechanical components. Configures and installs applicable software. Preventive Maintenance: Performs routine checks according to documented procedures. Refills consumables as directed. IMAC/R: Installs, moves, adds, changes and removes hardware and software products. Customer Training: Instructs and trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software. Participates in regular hardware and software trainings (on the job, classroom and web based). Participates in the implementation of measures to achieve agreed KPIs. Assists with special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications Education or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services. Good written and verbal communication skills.
