Field Service Engineer

Job Description Summary As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on our life-changing systems. This role involves traveling to customer sites across Czech Republic, resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional service to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Technical: Maintain diagnostic imaging (DI) systems in Czech Republic, with a primary focus on X-ray and surgical systems. Electronic/Mechanical: Perform system-level troubleshooting on complex, multi-symptom issues. Interface daily with doctors and technicians regarding equipment status. Sales Support: Assist the sales team during customer visits, provide technical insights, and identify sales opportunities. Business Growth: Contribute to the development and direction of the business in the Slovak region. Administration: Complete all administrative tasks on time, including documentation for FMIs and PMS inspections. Installation: Support complex installations in multifunctional rooms. Share best practices and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and GE Service Quality standards. Team Support: Ensure service quality across the Czech team and help identify training needs for colleagues.
