They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive, Mega to acquire and expand relationships within their largest accounts, managing complex sales cycles and engaging with executive stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesOwn a defined portfolio of Mega Enterprise and Fortune 1000 accountsDevelop and execute comprehensive account plans that identify whitespace opportunities, expansion strategies, competitive threats, and executive engagement plansBuild and maintain multi-threaded relationships across executive leadership, operations, safety, transportation, risk management, finance, procurement, and IT organizationsIdentify and create transformational opportunities capable of delivering enterprise-wide business outcomesAchieve or exceed a $4M annual new business quotaConsistently maintain 3–4x pipeline coverage against quota objectivesLead highly complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution and deploymentDrive rigorous qualification and opportunity management utilizing MEDDPICC methodologiesBuild compelling business cases and ROI analyses aligned to customer strategic initiativesManage executive presentations, onsite workshops, proof-of-concepts, pilots, and commercial negotiationsEstablish trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior executive stakeholdersConduct executive discovery sessions focused on business outcomes, risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and digital transformation initiativesFacilitate executive alignment across customer organizations and internal Netradyne stakeholdersRepresent Netradyne at industry conferences, customer events, executive briefings, and strategic meetingsLead virtual account teams consisting of Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Program Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Executive LeadershipPartner closely with SDRs and Marketing to execute coordinated account-based strategiesCollaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services teams to ensure successful customer adoption and expansion opportunitiesProvide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to Product and Leadership teamsMaintain accurate forecasting with executive-level visibility into deal progression, risks, and close plansDrive disciplined pipeline inspection and opportunity reviewsConsistently execute Netradyne's sales methodology and forecasting processesEnsure CRM hygiene and data integrity within SalesforceSkills10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience5+ years selling into Fortune 1000 or large enterprise organizationsProven success achieving $3M+ annual quotasDemonstrated history of exceeding quota performance in highly competitive marketsExperience closing enterprise opportunities exceeding $1M ARR and $5M+ TCVExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles ranging from 6–18+ monthsExecutive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level decision makersExceptional negotiation and enterprise deal structuring capabilitiesStrong financial acumen and ability to develop business value frameworksAbility to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environmentsWilling to travel 50%+Fleet management, transportation technology, telematics, IoT, safety technology, logistics, SaaS, or enterprise software experienceExperience selling into transportation, distribution, logistics, field services, utilities, construction, manufacturing, or similar asset-intensive industriesFormal training and practical application of MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, Command of the Message, Strategic Selling, or similar methodologiesExperience leading enterprise pilots, executive workshops, and transformational account programsBenefitsSalary + uncapped monthly commissionCompany equityCompany Paid Health Care, Dental, and Vision Coverage for you and most of your dependentsGenerous PTO and Sick Leave401(K) with generous company matchDisability, Life Insurance and Ancillary BenefitsCompany OverviewNetradyne engages in improving fleet safety through computer vision and in-depth data analysis.
