β€’ Support senior management by tracking schedules, tasks, and project deliverables while preparing regular reports and updates.
β€’ Process vendor invoices, reconcile purchase card transactions, and assist with basic financial and procurement tracking in line with project requirements.
β€’ Manage office supplies, inventory, and ordering processes while ensuring continuity of office resources and materials.
β€’ Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel logistics, including accommodations and visitor arrangements.
β€’ Maintain filing systems, contact directories, and compliance-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
β€’ Support facility-related coordination, administrative compliance, and additional operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of administrative or office support experience, including exposure to senior-level management environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional college education or administrative certification preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a structured, project-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, databases, and related tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience handling confidential or compliance-related administrative tasks is an advantage.

Benefits:

- Competitive salary range aligned with experience and location ($30.58 – $53.51 per hour).
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
- Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan with company participation.
- Life insurance and additional wellbeing-focused benefits.
- Opportunities to contribute to large-scale national infrastructure and federal programs.
- Strong emphasis on employee development, growth opportunities, and long-term career progression.
