?Responsibilities
 Execute field events (i.e. webinars, seminars, meetings and trade shows). (50%)
 Collaborate with manager and team members on event plans. Execute event plan.
 Work internally with stakeholders to ensure agenda, speakers, food & beverage, and overall event requirements are met.
 Develop and oversee vendor relationships to support event activities. Manage invoicing while respecting budgets and deadlines.
 Carry out event tasks and act quickly to proactively resolve problems.
 Incorporate key learnings into future events.
 Oversee Consumer Goods field campaign projects. (50%)
 Collaborate with manager on campaign plan. Schedule and execute digital campaigns and manage calendar deadlines.
 Research and manage advertising plan and media relationships. Research new opportunities. Coordinate ad placements and execution.
 Provide social media plan recommendations and work with manager to align overall campaign objectives.
 Work with industry associations and research collaboration opportunities. Stay on top of membership contracts.
 Coordinate with the sales and lead gen teams to ensure successful campaigns & events and report on results.
 Evaluate campaign results and prepare ROI reports.
?Requirements
 ?2-4 years of experience with corporate or field marketing events.
 Experience working in the consumer goods industry in North America.
 Proven experience as a marketing coordinator or specialist.
 Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution and working with budgets.
 Well-organized with multi-tasking skills.
 Able to handle projects, autonomous, problem solver.
 Understanding of responsibility and accountability.
 Good communication and collaboration skills (negotiation ability is a plus).
 BachelorÂs degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or related field.
 Experience using project management software tools is a plus.
 Languages: English (another language is a plus)
