**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer support experience in a higher education or related industry
* Moderate technical knowledge and basic trouble-shooting skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
* Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer issues simultaneously
* Proficiency in Zendesk or similar customer support software
* Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
