Your role at Dynatrace Dynatrace is seeking a Field Marketing Scaled Programs Manager– North America to join our North America field marketing organization. This person will need to have a deep understanding of metrics and data to inform the build and execution of marketing scaled programs. The Field Marketing Scaled Programs Manager will design and optimize repeatable programs that scale across regions, segments, and sales teams. You’ll partner with Field Marketing, Global Campaigns, and Marketing Ops to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline through multi-channel field marketing programs such as webinars, virtual events, in-person events, 1:few and 1: many ABM, and industry programs. This role is highly data-driven: you will use performance analytics to identify trends and insights, and continuously optimize programs based on metrics, account engagement, and field feedback. The ideal candidate will also leverage AI tools to maximize and scale efficiencies. Responsibilities: Build scalable field programs: Develop repeatable program and event frameworks including pre, during and post best practices to scale across NORAM. Manage program deliverables such as pre- and post-event emails, campaign tracking, and marketing operations tasks. Cross-Functional Representation: represent NORAM Field Marketing during Global Campaign planning meetings and share updates back to the team. Reporting and Communication: provide regular reports tracking field marketing metrics and analyze program and event ROI data and report back to the team. Recommend efficiencies to maximize ROI. Account Based Marketing: work closely with the ABM and Field Marketing teams to track and manage 1:few and 1:many program execution and provide feedback. What will help you succeed Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or communications or related fields Minimum of 5 years’ experience in campaign management Preferred Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration Excellent organizational and time management skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Compensation and Rewards The targeted base pay range for this role is $76,00 to $95,000. When determining your salary, we consider your skills, experience, education, work location and internal equity.
