Field Marketing Manager
Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is looking for a passionate and driven Field Marketing Manager to join our Reno team. This pivotal role is focused on elevating Capriotti’s to the forefront of the sandwich industry in Reno/Carson City through innovative marketing strategies and building brand loyalty.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute market-wide and store-specific marketing plans to increase customer loyalty and brand preferenceDrive catering and in-store sales through strategic outreach, events, and partnershipsCreate PR opportunities by building relationships with local media, influencers, and community leadersCollaborate with general managers to ensure consistent and impactful local marketing execution and supported by the storesMonitor and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights to maximize ROIEnsure consistency in messaging, branding, and overall marketing effortsMaintain organized project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status updates, and reports to track progress and measure successDefine and achieve metrics for traffic growth and catering salesSkillsMust be confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking directly to customers about our brand and locationsMust have the ability to recommend and execute new ideas and creative activations to drive traffic and sales for Reno-areas shopsMust be able to effectively present new ideas to the Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations, based on your findings in the fieldMust be highly motivated and accountable for delivering tangible resultsMust have a flexible schedule that can support events that may arise outside of normal business hours (i.e. Community events on the weekend, evening promotions, etc.)Strong local marketing, and community engagement experience preferably in restaurant marketingMust be a self-starter who is comfortable interacting and connecting with customers and members of the communityProficiency in digital marketing and analytics to measure and improve campaign successExceptional communication and relationship-building skills with general managers and leadershipCreative thinker with the ability to craft unique, market-dominating campaignsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing, analytics)Strong preference for candidates with a deep familiarity of the Reno communityCollege students (marketing, communications, business, or related majors encouraged!)BenefitsTraining & developmentWellness resourcesMedicalDentalVisionLife insurance401(k) plansGenerous vacationPersonal time offCompany OverviewCapriotti’s is preparing award-winning sub sandwiches made in-house to order with homemade ingredients.
