We're creating the ultimate destination for our sports, and we're looking for people like you to join us!THE ROLE:FloSports is seeking a Travel Operations Coordinator to own and execute all travel logistics for our distributed contractor workforce.This role is responsible for booking, coordinating, and troubleshooting travel end-to-endâprimarily for production crews supporting live sporting events across the country.You will operate directly within Ramp (our source of truth for travel booking and spend) and serve as the central point of contact for contractor travelâensuring trips are accurate, cost-effective, and resilient to last-minute changes.RESPONSIBILITIES:Travel Booking & ExecutionBook flights, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportation directly in RampEnsure all travel aligns with company policies, budgets, and event schedulesOptimize itineraries for cost, timing, and operational feasibilityManage bulk and multi-person bookings for event crewsContractor Travel CoordinationAlign travel plans with production schedules and event timelinesCommunicate itineraries clearly and proactively to all travelersAct as the single point of contact for all travel-related questionsDisruption Management & SupportHandle real-time issues: Flight cancellations/delays, Missed connections, Hotel issuesRebook travel quickly with minimal disruption to eventsProvide on-call or extended-hours support during peak travel periodsRamp & Spend ManagementOwn travel booking workflows inside RampUse virtual cards and controls appropriatelyEnsure proper categorization, documentation, and complianceTrack and report on travel spend trends and optimization opportunitiesVendor & Partner CoordinationWork with airlines, hotels, rental agencies, and travel partnersEscalate issues and negotiate solutions when neededCoordinate with any external travel agencies or concierge servicesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:2â5+ years in: Travel coordination, operations, or logistics or production/event operations with heavy travel exposureExperience booking: Flights, hotels, and rental cars at scaleStrong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environmentsAbility to handle last-minute changes and ambiguity without dropping detailsExcellent communication skills (especially with distributed teams/contractors)OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY:FloSports exists to elevate the communities, athletes, and sports that have too often been overlooked.
