The Field Marketing Manager collaborates with franchise owners, general managers, field and corporate marketing teams to implement brand-aligned initiatives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and execute regional and local marketing strategies tailored to each campground in designated portfolio. • Act as a marketing consultant for franchise owners, providing insights and recommendations based on market data and trends. • Manage digital and traditional marketing channels, including paid media, social media, SEO, and email campaigns. • Identify and foster partnerships with local businesses, tourism organizations, and community groups to enhance brand presence. • Support the execution of promotions, events, and loyalty programs at the campground level. • Utilize analytics and performance metrics to assess marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns. • Provide detailed marketing strategy recommendations to franchisees and implement accordingly, ensuring relevant issues and opportunities are investigated and analyzed. • Plan and direct meetings with franchisees with clear objectives and goals. • Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources. • Work collaboratively with the National Marketing, Revenue Management, Business Intelligence, and Field Operations teams to monitor demand generators, business trends, and competitor strategy and to align local efforts with KOA's national brand strategy. • Assist in analyzing and comparing various strategies, and identify key insights and best practices to be shared across the field marketing system. • Support training and education initiatives around field marketing for KOA to improve local execution, including through written communication, webinars, and by leading sessions during KOA events. • In conjunction with Franchise Revenue Management, complete yearly Best Park in Market analysis, Annual Business Reviews and Commercial Strategy Roadmaps for the assigned portfolio. • Support Franchise Revenue Management team in developing and supporting cohesive revenue strategies for campground who are leveraging Revenue Managed Services. • Support the creation of case studies regarding the efficacy of Marketing Managed Services and its impact on revenue optimization.Non-essential Duties and Responsibilities:This job description is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities.
