Our mission is to deliver exceptional entertainment experiences to our audiences worldwide, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. **Job Details** * **Job Title:** Experienced Data Lead – Studio Data Management * **Location:** Remote (USA) * **Employment Type:** Full-time * **Work Hours:** 8 hours * **Salary:** $20-30/Hour * **Industry:** Private * **Qualifications:** Bachelor's Degree * **Experience:** 3+ years in data management with datasets or content management systems **About the Role** We're seeking an experienced data professional to join our Studio Information Supervisory group, which oversees data quality for large functional information collections used extensively across our applications. As an Experienced Data Lead – Studio Data Management, you will focus on data related to the agreements Netflix makes with talent and organizations for the content we produce. You will help define, analyze, and report on data quality standards to meet business requirements, devise and implement best practices, and create and execute processes to efficiently monitor and fix data. **Key Responsibilities** * Give short-term and long-term thinking for data needs across the studio, including data quality and data education * Make quarterly objectives to meet short-term and long-term business goals and lead execution of guide drives * Act as the primary data element well-informed authority comprehensively across the studio, communicating with item management, specialists, designers, and partners on business related to data * Work with item management, item DSE, and other partners to define, create, analyze, and report on metrics that provide visibility into different aspects of data quality * Independently define and implement techniques to effectively scale data quality work * Lead data quality activities to support item development and to improve fundamental data quality, making detailed designs that identify business impact, timelines, and risks and executing on work * Oversee partner requests and drive partner alignment when required * Act as a resource for answering clients' data-related support requests * Collaborate with business groups to create and implement more efficient processes, best data practices, and educational documentation **Capabilities** * 3+ years of experience working in data management with datasets or content management systems * Strong analytical skills and the ability to integrate data across a wide environment to analyze issues and devise solutions * Strong understanding of work processes and the ability to identify shortcomings * General understanding of the pitch-to-play lifecycle of content * Knowledge of data lifecycle and data management concepts * Excellent time management and project management skills and the ability to manage timelines for various projects * Strong ability to communicate with empathy and clarity to technical and non-technical audiences * Adaptable in a growing environment * Proficiency with Google Suite and table-based applications (e.g., Excel, Airtable) * Additional preferred skills: + Experience with SQL + Experience working with item, design, and client support groups + Experience in legal affairs or studio activities + Experience working at a studio, distributor, film sales, production company, office, management firm, or other entertainment activity **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Opportunity to work with a leading entertainment company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional growth and development opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package * Flexible work arrangements **How to Apply** If you're passionate about data management and want to join a dynamic team, apply now!
