Fertility (RN) Nurse (Per Diem)

This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments. We are seeking a per diem Fertility (RN) Nurse to join our Jupiter, FL team. The schedule is on call/as needed, and also have the ability to work 1 Saturday every 6 weeks. How You'll Contribute: We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Fertility RN is responsible for: • Assisting with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients • Providing patient/couple counseling • Teaching about procedures and how to administer injections • Scheduling treatment after initial and follow-up visits • Coordinating patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols • Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families What You'll Bring: • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position • IVF/fertility experience and a background in women's health a plus • Valid RN license • Experience working with electronic medical records a must • High level of customer service is essential and must be a self-starter More important than the best skills, however, is the right person.
