Job Title:
Remote Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve issues related to shipments, deliveries, and returns.
Provide accurate information regarding FedEx services and policies.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with FedEx systems and processes.
Experience in logistics or transportation industry.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
