Position Overview

Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls and digital messages from customers.
Provide real-time solutions to issues such as delivery updates, payment questions, and account support.
Document all communications accurately in FedEx systems.

Candidate Requirements
Must reside in or near Memphis, TN and be authorized to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Customer service experience (call center or virtual preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Dependable internet and quiet workspace at home.
