FCM – Dedicated Overnight Corporate Travel Consultant – Remote, USA

Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $64,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and wellness programs Generous paid time off, including up to 20 vacation days after 2 years of employment Opportunities for career growth and development within a globally recognized company Flexible remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a supportive work environment What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Arrange domestic and complex international travel for executives, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation Build and maintain relationships with business travelers to understand and meet their travel needs Ensure accurate and timely completion of travel reservations in compliance with company guidelines Provide consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the travel booking process Stay informed about airline rules, regulations, and fare requirements to apply this knowledge accurately What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 2+ years of experience in corporate travel management Proficiency in Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance Experience with quality control processes to ensure accuracy in travel bookings Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues Ability to multitask and manage urgent tasks while maintaining quality service How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Familiarity with handling complex itinerary changes and exchanges for both international and domestic travel A polished and professional demeanor when interacting with clients Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt to new technologies Previous exposure to corporate travel policies and procedures We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
