Join our team at Moreland University's TEACH-NOW program and help shape the future of education.What You'll DoPrepare and facilitate weekly live, interactive, engaging, and collaborative Virtual Classes (VC) with cohorts of 10-15 candidates using a candidate-centered approachEvaluate candidate work by rubric grading and providing substantive and relevant feedback within 48 hours of submissionSupport candidates by providing guidance and scaffolding on content and technology use to individuals as neededTrack candidate progress to ensure that all are keeping up with assigned work and attending VCsMaintain and track candidate attendance records on the learning platform for accuracy and outreachParticipate in and monitor the Discussion Forum for the assigned cohortServe as a mentor and resource to candidates as neededCollaborate with other instructors to continuously expand and improve program deliveryWhat You'll Need to SucceedMaster’s degree or higher (doctorate required for teaching in the master’s program)At least 3 years of highly effective teaching experience Outstanding interpersonal, management, and organizational skillsExperience with online instruction and adult learningAbility to foster and facilitate collaboration among adult learnersHigh-level motivation and problem-solving skills in autonomous work environmentProfessional, clear, and respectful communication skills (verbal and written) Adeptness in learning new technologies and systems Global awareness and cultural competenceColibri Group welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, and we understand that not every candidate will meet every requirement listed in the job description.
