Key Responsibilities
• Manage office requirements, including minor purchasing and vendor coordination.
• Prepare vital documents such as master agreements and project change orders.
• Monitor and report expenditures to maintain project budget accuracy.
• Assist project managers with documentation and reporting tasks related to projects.
• Schedule and coordinate field crew logistics, including vehicle and equipment provisioning.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for field crews.
• Maintain an inventory of field equipment and facilitate necessary maintenance.

Required Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong organizational capabilities with the aptitude to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
• Prior experience with Deltek VantagePoint software is advantageous.

Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative capacity is required.
