Facility Associate - Nights

Monday thru Thursday, hours 18:00-04:00, with Shift Pay Premium eko is an innovative e-commerce startup dedicated to empowering brands to create, display, and optimize their video assets across digital platforms. Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers, and our ability to demonstrably increase e-commerce sales, we recently broke ground on a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data & media for millions of unique products annually. Our first-of-its-kind facility opened in Northwest Arkansas this summer and will scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025. As Facility Associate, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our site is clean, functional, and safe. What you will do: Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully operational throughout the afternoon and evening hours Perform routine janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom cleaning Perform touch-up and full-scale painting on walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed Identify and report any facilities-related issues or safety hazards Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies Support occasional light maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing lightbulbs, basic repairs) Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Partner with teams across studio, robotics, and warehouse operations to support facility-related needs Maintain and organize supply inventory (cleaning materials, carts, tools, etc.) Monitor and document compliance with cleaning protocols and safety standards Our ideal candidate will have: Prior janitorial or facilities experience preferred Basic painting skills with attention to detail Comfortable using basic tools and cleaning equipment Reliable and punctual, with a flexible attitude toward evolving tasks Comfortable working independently and taking initiative during late shifts Capable of lifting, carrying, and performing physical tasks as needed Must be available to work on-site fours nights per week Occasional weekend or overtime work may be required depending on facility needs Why Join Us? This position pays a 10% night shift premium, with an hourly rate starting at $24.20, with the final rate based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. All hourly rates meet or exceed applicable state and federal minimum wage laws.
