They are seeking a National Sales Coordinator to support senior National Account Executives and engage with major advertisers while gaining experience in media sales. Responsibilities Support a National Account Executive on day-to-day sales activity across Tier 1 accounts Coordinate incoming RFPs, proposal builds, and pricing requests Manage inventory holds, contracts, and Salesforce updates Oversee campaign delivery; including proof-of-performance materials, recap decks, and internal coordination with Operations and Marketing Research new client and category opportunities to fuel prospecting Assist with client communications and occasional entertainment opportunities Skills Early-career professional with 1-3 years of experience or internships in media, advertising, sales, or marketing Strong communicator and team player with a proactive, can-do attitude Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines Tech-savvy with solid skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) Curious, ambitious, and eager to grow into a client-facing sales role Benefits Medical, vision and dental insurance Unlimited time off Commuter benefits 401(k) Company Overview New Tradition is an advertising firm that involves in development, marketing, and selling of outdoor advertising assets.
