This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, allowing flexibility while also requiring occasional travel to various Disney sites for inspections, meetings, and on-ground coordination. ### Responsibilities
1. Oversee the daily operations of Disney facilities, ensuring they meet health, safety, and environmental standards.

4. Develop and manage annual budgets for facility operations, including forecasting and allocating resources effectively.
5. Implement energy-saving measures and sustainability practices within facility operations.
6. Collaborate with various departments to align facility management with overall business objectives.
7. Utilize technology and automation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of facility management.
### Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in facilities management or operations, preferably in a large, multifaceted organization.
3. Strong leadership and project management skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
6. Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate reports.
7. Willingness to travel to different sites as required.
