Responsibilities:

Under minimal supervision, a Facets Work Flow Management Analyst monitors and facilitates the migration of FACETS configuration change requests thru its entire lifecycle. Facets Work Flow Management Analyst is fully aware of what impact changes have on existing systems configuration and is responsible for maintaining the tracking database and request statuses. They will revise, maintain, and organize critical documentation as it relates to the work flow of the Configuration department, as well as coordinate various administrative and reporting components of the department as necessary.
• Maintains Configuration team schedules/activities, tracks teams progress and results, and maintains all key Configuration documentation for internal/external audit purposes.
• Ensures coordination with Testing and Auditing activities/approvals in all Configuration migrations.
• Oversees Configuration change documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency that follow Configuration methodology.
• Troubleshoots Configuration migration issues and proactively coordinates decision making, problem and conflict resolution.
• Tracks Configuration department progress by creating and maintaining standard communication materials and announcements regarding Configuration requests.
• Educate and ensure all team members are following work flow management methodology, templates and documentation requirements while adhering to work flow procedures.
• Identifies, defines, and corrects operational difficulties encountered in documentation work flow.
• Assists Health Plans in management of configuration priorities.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Technology preferred, or equivalent experience in a business/technical environment.
• Minimum 2 years utilizing Microsoft Access for analysis, reporting and updating FACETS data or equivalent relational database application experience.
• Must have ability to build complex queries, reports and macros; with Medicaid Managed care in Business Analyst Position, Configuration, or related business area.
• Proven progressive attitude toward skills improvement, independent thinking, and advanced technology.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
• Demonstrates understanding and follows corporate compliance of security and confidentiality of data and information.
• Uses data and information to assist in decision making.
• Adheres to all policies and practices regarding confidentiality of all electronic communications, including, but not limited to, e-mail, telephone, voice mail, fax, and Internet usage.
• Must be an excellent service provider with a true commitment to providing the highest quality configuration solutions on a customer- focused team.
• Must be able to function autonomously and as part of a team.
