**Job Summary**
As a Data Analyst and Online Chat Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights. You will also be responsible for creating engaging and informative reports using Power BI, and collaborating with our team to automate business processes and improve data quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain comprehensive data analysis reports using Power BI, Excel, and other tools
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
* Develop and maintain data models using star schema and other procedures
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights
* Create engaging and informative reports using Power BI, and present findings to stakeholders
* Partner with IT and business teams to automate business processes and improve data quality
* Evaluate and validate metrics to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
* Participate in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
* Strong experience working with Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data models
* Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and creating data models
* Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, PowerBI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations
* Strong data modeling skills using star schema and other procedures
* Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Smartsheets and other project management tools
* Strong problem-solving skills with statistical evaluation and large data sets
* Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) and other database management tools
* Familiarity with data governance principles and practices
