Facebook & TikTok Ads Specialist for Faith-Based Shopify Store (Bibles & Religious Books)

We are seeking an experienced Facebook and TikTok Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising for our Shopify store, which sells Bibles and Christian religious books. This is a long-term opportunity for the right expert who understands conversion-focused advertising, platform compliance, and respectful messaging for faith-based products. Our brand emphasizes authenticity, trust, and reverence. This is not a generic ecommerce product—experience with books, educational products, or faith-based brands is a strong plus. Responsibilities: Create, launch, and manage Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns end-to-end Develop high-converting ad creatives (hooks, copy, angles) aligned with Christian values Set up and optimize Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. Implement and manage: Conversion campaigns Retargeting funnels Lookalike audiences Optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages Ensure full compliance with Meta and TikTok policies (especially around religious content) Analyze performance data and provide clear weekly reports Collaborate on creative direction (UGC, video ads, testimonials, product highlights) Requirements: Proven experience running Facebook & TikTok ads for Shopify stores Demonstrated ability to scale profitable campaigns Strong understanding of: Pixel tracking Events API Conversion optimization Experience advertising books, education, or faith-based products (highly preferred) Comfortable working with religious and biblical content respectfully Excellent English communication skills Detail-oriented and data-driven We value integrity, clarity, and professionalism.
