Facebook & Google Ads Specialist for Vacation Rental Brand (Meta + Google Ads | SEO a Plus)

We are looking for a skilled digital advertising specialist to help us build, manage, and optimize our Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads campaigns for a growing vacation rental brand. We are not looking for an agency. Our company, Sundial Getaways, manages high-end vacation rental homes along Florida’s scenic 30A. We are focused on driving direct bookings through our website, increasing brand awareness, and improving ROI across our paid advertising channels. We are currently using retargeting but want to take our campaigns to the next level with a strategic partner who understands performance marketing. This role will start with campaign setup and optimization, with the opportunity for an ongoing monthly relationship if the results are strong. Responsibilities • Build and manage Facebook / Instagram ad campaigns • Build and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and/or Performance Max) • Optimize campaigns for conversions and direct bookings • Set up and monitor conversion tracking and pixels • Implement retargeting strategies • Conduct audience and keyword research • Provide ongoing optimization and reporting • Help improve landing page performance where applicable Nice to Have (Not Required) • SEO experience (technical SEO or content strategy) • Experience marketing vacation rentals, hospitality, or travel • Experience with retargeting platforms such as AdRoll • Experience improving website conversion rates About Us Sundial Getaways is a boutique vacation rental management company focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences along Florida’s 30A.
