Key Responsibilities
Ā Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns focused on generating sales and achieving KPIs.
Ā Conduct audience research to identify and target the right demographics, behaviors, and interests.
Ā Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and CTAs that capture attention and drive conversions.
Ā Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Ā Use A/B testing to refine ad strategies and improve outcomes.
Ā Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals.
Ā Stay updated on the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Ā 5-7 years of experience in Facebook advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful sales-driven campaigns.
Ā Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and event tracking.
Ā Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed campaign decisions.
Ā Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging ad copy and visuals.
Ā Knowledge of retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences.
Ā Excellent communication and organizational skills.
