Exteriors Estimate Reviewer - 1099 - Symbility & Xactimate
• **This is a remote work, 1099 relationship due to increased file volume. Interested candidates must have demonstrated experience in Xactimate and/or Symbility estimate review. Pay rate is $30/per estimate reviewed.

Job Summary
The QA Specialist is responsible for delivering quality work products and ensuring files remain within Service Level Agreement and SOP requirements to deliver excellent service to our partners and clients. The QA Specialist will work closely with the cross-team members to maintain an efficient workflow and ensure that carrier guidelines and expectations are met.
General Responsibilities
• Review Estimates and files to ensure accuracy and compliance to carrier guidelines
• Identify damage assessment is accurate.
• Process, reconcile and work supplements to completion.
• Monitor review needed and supplement queues.
• Execute and manage revisions/corrections to estimates, ensuing timeliness and quality
• Share estimates with contractors, answer questions, and solve QA/estimating challenges
• Ensure files are being handled within the required Service Level Agreements.
• Respond to contractor and carrier inquiries through email, chat, and/or phone (in and outbound calling).
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency with Symbility (Claims Connect) and/or Xactimate required
• Minimum of 3 years residential property estimate review experience required
• Previous experience in Exteriors property claims industry
• Previous experience in with quality assurance processes desired
• Ability to collaborate and provide directive on complex files
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends during busy times
• Reliable high speed broadband home internet service required
