As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing workforce capacity planning models, analyzing financial forecasts, and providing business analytics to support capacity planning and metrics. If you have a strong background in sales and operations planning, data analytics, and dynamic workforce management, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement workforce capacity planning models to ensure accurate projections of inputs and capacity requirements * Analyze financial forecasts and create operational forecasts to drive effective planning and decision-making * Provide business analytics and data gathering to support detailed modeling of capacity planning and metrics * Interface with call center leaders to understand fast-changing business needs and planning risks * Drive model improvements to maximize statistical confidence and operational accuracy * Support flexibility and effectiveness of supporting models * Analyze and recommend trends or variances to plan to ensure accurate planning of all input variables affecting the forecast and staff planning * Provide recommendations for staffing group effectiveness that drive efficiency balance with quality **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in related sales and operations planning with strong data and analytics skills * Dynamic workforce management (service planning) experience is an advantage * Experience in developing workforce capacity planning models * Broad end-to-end supply chain and operations process knowledge * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center or customer care environment * Knowledge of workforce management software and systems * Certification in sales and operations planning or a related field * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs * Strong data analysis and interpretation skills * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Ability to develop and implement workforce capacity planning models * Strong business acumen and understanding of operations and supply chain processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
