Call Center Representative

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
At FreightCenter, you'll partner with customers to keep their shipments moving, offering expert solutions that build long-term relationships and repeat business.
? * PLEASE NOTE: all positions are for our Palm Harbor, FL office. **

? Guaranteed base pay of $15.50, plus uncapped monthly bonuses
? Position Title: National Account Manager in our sales department
? Shift: 10 am to 7 pm, alternating 1 or 2 Saturdays per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Outbound calls and emails to the leads assigned to you, No Cold Calling!
? Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships
? Apply different sales techniques to offer tailored solutions based on individual customer needs.
? Demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation in your work.
? Retain existing customers and explore upselling opportunities by showcasing the wide variety of services we offer.
? Consistently close deals with a focus on service-oriented solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills via phone and email.
? Ability to actively listen
? Computer Savy: Must be able to navigate multiple tabs. Proficient in word, excel, and Google Drive
? Goal-oriented
? New agents will start on a 9 am to 6 pm shift, alternating about 1 Saturday per month
? A problem solver
? The ability to adapt to new technology
? Eager to learn and hungry for money
No sales experience? No experience working in logistics in any way, shape, or form? No problem. Many of our top performers were brand new to the industry when they walked through our doors. We are looking for people with an aptitude for learning, a keen ability to persuade, and a drive to be at the top of their game every day.
