**Key Responsibilities**
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to careerzynith customers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
* Secure home office environment with minimal background noise and distractions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
* Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of banking products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
**Schedule**
* Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST
* Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability)
* Schedules are adjusted per time zone
**Compensation**
* The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount careerzynith is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
* Work From Home: $43,680 - $43,680 for Fascinator, Coordinator
