Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and service issues, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.

Essential Qualifications

Proficiency in speaking and writing in English, or bilingual in Spanish and English.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
A friendly and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting customer satisfaction and support goals.
