Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of their own homes in the US. This is a unique opportunity to work weekends only, with a start time of either 2 PM or 5 PM EST. Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining accurate records and data entry. Record detailed notes of customer communication, identifying trends and areas for improvement. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach. Maintain real-time communication, keeping inventory volumes current and collaborating with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible. Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to ensure seamless customer interactions. Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A clear and articulate telephone voice, without major background noise or distractions. Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads effectively. Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering consistently excellent work performance. Experience with multi-line phone systems and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, data entry, and word processing. A high school diploma or GED, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity. Reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to work in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization.
