Your Weekend Responsibilities
Respond to live chat and email tickets through our online platform, providing calm, efficient, and helpful support to our subscribers.
Assist users with password resets, billing corrections, product questions, and upgrades, using prewritten scripts and escalating complex cases when needed.
Maintain accurate notes and ticket tags after each chat, ensuring that all conversations are documented and easily accessible.
Keep every conversation polite, helpful, and clear, providing a positive experience for our subscribers.

Training Process
2 hours of video-based onboarding to get you started.
Practice chat and email ticket responses to ensure you're comfortable with our platform.
First weekend shift monitored with coaching feedback to help you improve.
Paid work begins 3–5 days after acceptance.
