**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and addressing concerns

* Work independently, managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
* Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer support

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred
* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a support or sales role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities and needs
* Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively
* Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
* Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
