Experienced Warehouse Team Member – Order Fulfillment and Logistics Operations

As an experienced Warehouse Team Member, you'll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team that gets orders ready for customers relying on careerzynith services. Our warehouse operations take place in a variety of areas, including merch, make-on-demand, customer returns, Prime Now, and general fulfillment. You will be selecting, packing, and shipping orders - in some cases, for our super-fast (2-hour or less) delivery service.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Warehouse Team Member, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
* Receiving and putting away inventory
* Getting customer orders ready and packing them up
* Loading boxes into trucks for shipment
* Using scanners to read bar codes on products
* Viewing prompts on screens and following the direction for some tasks
* Troubleshooting problems
* Ensuring product meets quality requirements
* Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and working at heights up to 35 feet. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or related environment
* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
* Ability to push utility carts up to 60 pounds
* Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
* Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Ability to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
* Ability to adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers
* Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
