**Job Overview**

As a Voice Data Entry Specialist, you will engage in both voice and non-voice tasks, facilitating effective communication and information verification on behalf of our healthcare client. **Key Responsibilities**

* Participate in voice and non-voice processes as required, ensuring seamless communication and information verification.
* Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, maintaining clear and concise communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Verify information from third-party entities using online resources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
* Complete Enrichment Tasks according to client training protocols, adhering to strict quality control standards.
* Conduct data entry, validate vendor information, and follow up on board certifications, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of all assigned tasks.
* Remain open to additional duties as they arise, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

**Required Skills**
