Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Adaptability to evolving processes and technology
