As a key player in our customer service operations, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, virtual meetings, and SMS support to manage and qualify potential leads. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution. Conduct virtual meetings with potential customers to verify qualifications for certain procedures, providing personalized support and guidance. Provide SMS support to potential leads, responding to inquiries and offering tailored solutions. Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions, leveraging your problem-solving skills and industry knowledge. Gather and record information accurately to support the customer service process, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring data integrity. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, exceeding expectations, and fostering long-term relationships. Essential Qualifications Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. Preferred experience in a Customer Service, Data Entry, or Sales role, with a proven track record of success in a similar environment. Strong adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, with a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Beauty industry or a related field, with knowledge of industry trends, products, and services. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies. Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
