**Key Responsibilities**
As a Visa Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
* Advising corporate clients and individuals on visa and passport application requirements
* Handling global mobility queries from HR and Mobility departments
* Reviewing, checking, and verifying documents for accuracy and compliance
* Troubleshooting client issues and providing accurate, efficient solutions
* Progressing clients through the application process step-by-step
* Identifying potential issues and providing clear, actionable advice
* Collaborating with internal team members across operations and logistics
* Supporting general administration and cross-functional duties as required
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Fluent written and spoken English – this is absolutely critical. Communication quality will be assessed during the recruitment process
* Experience in administration, customer service, or operations (experience across multiple is a plus)
* Proven ability to work with large organisations and professionals in senior roles
