About the Position: Customer Support Specialist We are seeking curious and energetic individuals with a background in Accounts Payable, eager to apply their expertise in a new and exciting setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support to arenaflex clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues related to our AP automation platform Assist customers with integration to accounting systems such as Netsuite, Intacct, and Quickbooks, leveraging your experience with at least one of these systems Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's AP automation platform, staying up-to-date with new features, updates, and industry trends Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and drive business growth Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, training materials, and other support resources to enhance customer success Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a technology or FinTech environment Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and systems, including ERPs such as Netsuite, Intacct, or Quickbooks Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI-powered AP automation solutions or similar technologies Knowledge of cloud-based accounting systems and integrations Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems Certifications in accounting, finance, or a related field (e.g., CPA, CMA, AP certification) Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Skills and Competencies: To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
