About the Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging Team The MSP team at arenaflex is responsible for driving innovation across all aspects of mechatronics and packaging, including industrial hardware and control machines, robotic cells, autonomous vehicles, sortation, packing technologies, and packaging materials. We collaborate with key stakeholders, such as Operations, RME, ACES, Supply Chain, Transportation, and WW Design, to ensure that our products integrate seamlessly into the arenaflex fulfillment network. Job Summary We are looking for an outstanding Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in virtual testing and simulation to join our MSP team. As a Virtual Testing & Simulation Quality Assurance Engineer, you will develop and execute virtual system test plans, validate system-level requirements, and ensure integrated system performance across all sub-components. You will work closely with the Product Teams, QA Manual Testing and Requirements Team, and internal customers to drive high-quality product delivery and ensure that new solutions meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and execute simulations and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing to virtually validate end-to-end solutions with real-life software Ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training, deployment, process integration, and service and support prior to delivery Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products and communicate them to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams Coordinate simulations and testing processes, identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, and recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues Connect with internal customers, review client, customer, and user feedback, and maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in quality assurance, testing, and simulation, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BS) in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or a related discipline 5+ years of proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modeling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and related automation equipment Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites Preferred Qualifications Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics and high-speed manufacturing Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management Project managing skills to start and finish projects successfully Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
