Job Summary We're looking for experienced customer service representatives to join our virtual team as Virtual Support Agents. As a Virtual Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, video calls, and live chats. Responsibilities As a Virtual Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer support via phone, video calls, and live chats, resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, escalating issues when necessary. Communicating effectively with customers, listening actively, and responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns. Working collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer support. Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Qualifications To be successful as a Virtual Support Agent, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: Experience Requirements At least 6 months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment. A high level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes. Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills. Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary. Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments. Technical Requirements A CPU i5 (or equivalent) or i7 processor, with no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, or Opteron processors. An internet download speed of at least 5 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 3 Mbps. A network latency of no more than 250 ms. A Windows 8.1 (64-bit) or Windows 10 (64-bit) operating system. A minimum of 4 GB of RAM, with 8 GB recommended. A home office set up with an ethernet cord connected to your computer.
