Experienced Virtual Customer Support Associate - arenaflex

Role Overview: As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email.You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Our Customer Service Associates use their unique personalities to deliver exceptional support experiences, and we're looking for individuals who can bring their passion and energy to every customer conversation.
