Record basic account information according to established procedures and protocols
Uphold integrity: Comply with all Regulatory and Compliance rules associated with updating and sales practices


Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Customer care experience (two years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
Demonstrated success in a customer care and sales environment (two years+)
Ability to work in an efficient, metric-driven environment with aptitude for performing multiple tasks and functions in an electronic environment
Experience working in a virtual environment
