Director of Federal Sales

Lead and oversee the development and execution of sales strategies specifically for federal and military markets. Drive revenue growth and market expansion within these sectors by implementing effective sales initiatives and analyzing performance against goals.

Ā• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to federal and military customers, focusing on market opportunities and customer needs.
Ā• Manage day-to-day operations of the federal and military sales team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Ā• Set and monitor annual and monthly sales targets specific to federal and military accounts, in line with business plans.
Ā• Lead, mentor, and develop team members, setting clear performance goals and tracking progress.
Ā• Drive improvements in sales processes and manage key projects related to federal and military sales.
Ā• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales metrics such as customer acquisition, order frequency, and account growth within federal and military sectors.
