**Job Summary**
As a US Pharma Customer Team Representative (CTR), you'll be the primary point of contact for a diverse range of customers within your assigned territory. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing a territory-level business plan that aligns with careerzynith's policies, standards, and ethics
* Maintaining in-depth product knowledge and certification on the careerzynith portfolio
* Engaging in balanced product sales discussions with healthcare providers and professionals to align customer needs with careerzynith products
* Providing regular updates to careerzynith management on customer needs, feedback, and marketplace dynamics
* Offering key insights to customers through ongoing review of careerzynith promotional materials and attendance at product workshops and conferences
* Regularly monitoring business performance against objectives using careerzynith-provided tools
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute a territory-level business plan that aligns with careerzynith's policies, standards, and ethics
* Maintain in-depth product knowledge and certification on the careerzynith portfolio
* Engage in balanced product sales discussions with healthcare providers and professionals to align customer needs with careerzynith products
* Provide regular updates to careerzynith management on customer needs, feedback, and marketplace dynamics
* Offer key insights to customers through ongoing review of careerzynith promotional materials and attendance at product workshops and conferences
* Regularly monitor business performance against objectives using careerzynith-provided tools
**Position Qualifications**
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 3 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in professional sales, marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific fields (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices)
* Required Experience and Skills:
+ Demonstrated excellence in current or previous educational or professional roles
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Valid Driver's license
* Preferred Experience and Skills:
+ Ability to convey technical concepts accurately and clearly
+ Previous sales, account management, consultative, or customer service experience
+ Ability to analyze metrics to assess progress against objectives
