We believe in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, where our employees can grow and thrive. **Job Summary** As a Third Shift Customer Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties. This is a fully remote position, with the exception of training, which will be held at our on-site facility in McHenry, IL.
