Senior Associate, Product Management - Platform (CI/CD)

The Senior Associate Product Manager will define the vision and execution of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes, ensuring a seamless experience for internal engineering teams while maintaining security and compliance standards. Responsibilities Own the Roadmap: Define and maintain a data-driven roadmap for our CI/CD ecosystem. You will prioritize investments in automation, testing frameworks, and deployment orchestration to reduce lead time for changes Drive the Developer Experience: Conduct regular user research and feedback sessions with engineering teams to identify friction points in the delivery pipeline. Your goal is to minimize cognitive load and maximize developer productivity Be Well Managed: Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure that audit requirements are met automatically, allowing developers to focus on building features Obsess on Operational Excellence: Define and track North Star metrics for the platform, including DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, Change Failure Rate, and MTTR) Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between Infrastructure/SRE teams and Product. You will communicate complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and align platform goals with broader business objectives Problem Solving & Insights: Leverage data to identify potential single points of failure and advocate for architectural improvements.
