Position: Experienced Telesales Executive – Night Shift Call Center Job RIVO BPO is hiring Experienced Telesales Executives for our growing US & Canadian outbound sales campaign. If you’ve worked in telesales or outbound call centers before and know how to close deals, this is your opportunity to earn big and grow fast. • Vacancies: 5 Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to customers in the USA & Canada • Follow and adapt scripts based on customer responses • Sell products/services confidently over the phone • Understand customer needs and handle objections professionally • Keep records of all interactions in CRM accurately • Meet daily and monthly sales targets Educational Qualifications: • SSC, HSC, O Level, A Level, or Bachelor/Honors (First/2nd/3rd Semester) Requirements: • Must be professional, punctual, and well-organized • At least 6 months of proven telemarketing experience in one or more of the following: • Merchant Cash Advance/Business Loan Lead Generation • B2B or B2C Lead Generation • Business Loans & Processing • Other USA-based Telemarketing Campaign • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Fluent in English Speaking, Good listening skill • Age: 18 to 30 years • Familiar with basic tools: Excel, Email Job Benefits: • Hourly Salary: BDT 80 - BDT 150/Per hour (8 hours a day) • Exclusive Sales Commission: 3,000 to 30,000+ • Bonus for qualified leads/apps out • Bonus for loan approval • Bonus on funded deals • Attendance Bonus: Tk. 2,000 • Transportation Allowance: Tk. 1,500 • Festival Bonus: 2 bonuses per year • Weekly Holidays: 2 days • Free Dinner After Completing Your First 10 days with Us • Company-sponsored Tours/Parties • Guaranteed On-time Payment • Salary Review: Yearly Growth Opportunity: • Prove your skills and earn the opportunity to be promoted to Sales Manager! • We promote based on performance, not seniority — your results matter most.
