Key Responsibilities

Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner
Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
Develop and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, to provide expert support and recommendations to customers
Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant solutions
Deliver expert customer experiences, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional support and service, and that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Strong focus on building customer relationships, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues and delivering effective solutions
Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing shift patterns and schedules
Technical support experience preferred, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and technical issues related to client products
High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics, reading, and writing
Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable computer, internet connection, and smartphone
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions and technical issues simultaneously
Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a strong desire to develop and maintain technical expertise in client products and services
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to utilize databases, software applications, and technical tools to resolve customer issues
